Joseph graduated from Macquarie University with a Bachelor of Chiropractic Science and a Masters in Chiropractic. Joseph is the principal chiropractor at Rouse Hill chiropractic and has been practising in the hills district for 15 years. Joseph’s clinical experience has grown over time and he feels that you can always continue to learn and develop as a practitioner. This principle allows him to treat and manage a wide range of conditions. “I have been brought up with chiropractic being an important part of my growth and development, so I feel that everyone can benefit from chiropractic care regardless of your age. I consider it a privilege to treat each and every person”.
Joseph has competed at a club level in many sports including basketball, soccer, football and tennis to name a few. Joseph has also been a competitive runner at both sprinting and longer distances. Currently he is an active member of the Queenscliff beach surf lifesaving club. Having completed his bronze medallion in the water and on the beach he discovered a passion for competitive beach sprinting, where he has run and placed at a state level.
Keeping physically fit and active has been an integral part of Joseph’s life. He has had several injuries throughout his sporting days from which he has had to overcome and learn from. This gives him a detailed insight and ultimately a strong clinical advantage when it comes to the treatment and management of sportspersons. “Chiropractic can really aid in a person’s recovery from injury but more than that, it allows you to perform at your peak when it counts most”.
Furthermore Joseph is the proud father of two young children giving him not only immense enjoy but even more clinical perspective and the enthusiasm to treat and care for families in his clinic.

Kate is a graduate of Macquarie University, completing a Bachelor of Chiropractic Science and a Master of Chiropractic degree in 2009. She has become an established chiropractor in the Hills District and has been credited by the Chiropractic and Osteopathic College of Australasia (COCA) for her academic achievements.
Kate takes a keen interest in human anatomy, movement biomechanics, the immune system, pain science and rehabilitation. She has a firm belief that education and empowering each patient to take control of their own health is important. Kate has experienced her own personal battle of niggling injuries and immune issues. Overcoming these problems has led to a unique skill set, understanding all too well the impact of lower back pain, chronic inflammation and the difficulty in finding the right person to help. “I’m grateful for my own health struggle, if it weren’t for that I wouldn’t have found my strength”.
Since 2010 Kate has been teaching histology and anatomy at Macquarie University’s hospital. She has gained an in-depth knowledge by working first hand with the dissected human cadavers, which has proven invaluable in understanding the complexity of the human body.
Kate is also a certified health coach with the Institute of Motion, enabling her to train clients on how move better and how to establish proper movement foundations. Kate uses a variety of methods to enhance mobility and strength, in particular focusing on Loaded Movement Training. This is a form of resistance training that creates stability and strength in a multitude of positions. It differs to your conventional gym workout, training your body to be capable with the demands of typical daily activities and creating a body to be more reactive, instinctive and strong in various planes. This type of training is proven to be more effective for reduced injury risk and is essential for optimal health and longevity.
Recent certifications include:
- Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) Level 1
- Institute of Motion (IoM) Level 1 & 2

Olivia integrates a multimodal approach to the care she provides while always maintaining best current practice. “I know that every individual is different, and their healthcare should reflect that.
